Shipping

We know how much little ones look forward to their new arrivals, so we work hard to get every order on its way as quickly as possible.

All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within two business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

While we dispatch on time, please note that delivery can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, particularly during busy peak periods.

Orders within Australia

  • Free shipping on all Australian orders
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes

International orders

  • Flat rate of $50 AUD for US, Canada, EU, and UK addresses
  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 weeks
  • Please be mindful of your local import duties, as these are the responsibility of the customer (see below)

International taxes and duties

Our shipping charge covers transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these extra levies is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Failure to collect your parcel — whether due to not wanting to pay these fees, incorrect address information, or non-collection from the depot — will result in a refund of your original order amount less $75 USD to cover processing plus inbound and outbound freight costs.

We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We do not accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
